What a neat thread! I used to get eggs from my step-dad's workplace. It was his job to collect them and the olive ones were usually huge! I can't remember what breeds they were, though. I wonder why they don't sell those in the stores. He doesn't work there anymore, so no more fresh...- desertdarlene
