The wings of salmon Favorelles will be distinctly different color after about 2-3 weeks with males a black color and females having brown (which this appears to). Hatchery females have some black too but it fades out over time as it's replaced by the brown coloring.

Favorelle are color sexable a lot of the time once they're a couple weeks old. In the beginning it can be a bit meh

From what I can make out of its head your ss appears female thus far but they are not wing sexable (most birds aren't). The favorelle appears female based on wing coloring but hard to say definitively at this point. How old are they? Can you post full pics of them including faces?
