He's just being honest...prefabs have many drawbacks. Many folks that buy these end up building a much bigger coop and use the prefab as a grow out, isolation, broody coop. At least you didn't pay for it. This is good idea^^^^ And here's a good mod for the roosts, not exactly like yours but...
