How does the feed smell? If one container was bad, then there's a good chance the rest is too. I don't know what to tell you.

Do you have a feed store? Tractor supply carries poultry vitamins or you can order them online - Amazon. Poultry Cell would be a good one to get.

I'm glad they are feeling better. Have you tried giving Falcon some vitamins to see if those will help? I would still inspect the barrel of feed closely - is it powdery, how does it smell, etc.

That's really cheep!;) I use either Flock Raiser or an all flock feed. Flock Raiser is $17.49 for 50# and the all flock is $15.99 for 50# I do have to drive an extra 10miles or so for the all flock so.... Of course you pay 6.75% sales tax too!

I understand, but feed that has maggots in it is no good. I agree, it may be moldy as well. Feed can be expensive, but if it has gone bad, then you risk losing birds or at the very least they can all become ill with long term effects.
