Hi I'm probably going to winterize my equipment soon ... So that means more free time . :hmm summer sure goes quicker then it comes.
I started building the shelter for the goats, still learning lots.
First pole in the ground.
Sounds interesting. Yeah a lot of things at home have been getting done. People are still paying me to come and work on their stuff as well. I'm Not completely laid off. Also the guy across the street has managed to keep his farm up and so as soon as the weather warms up will be planting.
It's...
Howed you been?. I almost got the path around my woods cleared for the fence . Three acres is what I may be fencing off. We haven't decided when we will be getting the goats though. The wife says she wants sheep instead for meat. Because of this virus the stores were almost out of meat a...
My understanding is someone was trolling her then an argument broke out and she closed her thread. Saying "I'm done trying to fit in" Hopefully she ok up their in Canada. I believe something also happened between her friend as well. I Could be wrong.
. Ok thanks
. Ya and hope it's done right:fl:tongue:frow
Understandable. I might develop a tast for goat milk that way they would pay the rent, but other than that I most likely won't get a buck.
That looks ruff .... You have probably already thought of this but have you considered moving farther South :frow. You would be so happy with all the warm weather! Kids would to.
I can't stand working out side in -degrees wether.... But moving can be a pain especially if you are well...
That's a great idea! I couldn't make a three acre fence coyote proof any way. for a shelter I would probably set wood posts in the ground and frame them up and add a roof . I always lock my chickens up at night so I will just do the goats as well:D
