I would perhaps try a vegan Wellington or pot pie. Something with a beautiful crust that’s hearty and filling where you won’t miss the meat (add mushrooms?). I don’t have a specific recipe as I’m not even close to vegan. But I don’t think anyone would be disappointed by a well styled savory pie.
