Hey sorry yes.. the last duckling is in the brooder with the others.. one night alone in the incubator in a cup pretty much got rod of the yolk sac. Its moving a bit slower than the rest but it is eating and drinking and walking around :)

Its in there.. not chirping anymore.. eyes closed but breathing .. what should my incubator be at for it to be comfortable?

So.... you cant see anything when candled so i i didnt bother..but i did go in and break a bit to find the bill .. now that im positive it can breath im going to leave it.. im glad i did though because it had went in the wrong direction (bill was way to the side nowhere near the air cell) and...

Sorry for the long wait i had to make my kids some breakfast.. so the membrane is white and i can see lots of veins.. and no sign of bill.. i don't see bruising but i can feel it pecking the shell when i hold it. Im confused haha

Im going to wait a bit and let it do its thing.. i took a little peice of shell off and i dont see duck.. just membrane which is weird cause he was internally pipped two days ago.. is it possible they turn cause i can hear him pecking the shell but hes not in the aircell anymore.. eeek im so...

No its not.. the one with the yellow just hatched.. its been 24 hours since i gave this one an air hole and i can here it chirping but ita not breaking through

My humidity has been 85 to 90 the past two days and i spray when i have to open to keep it humid?

Two ducks have hatched.. but one egg has not broken any shell.. should i be helping it .. ?? Its still the airhole I put in ..

Two of them have started to break through the shell this morning. One of them still no progress.. the one membrane looks yellow while the other one is bright white.. i hope thats normal

I put a hole in them aswell! nothing is happening really.. I have been trying not to open the incubator so i havent seen much.. im going to give it till morning and see if theres any change!

one more question.. how bad is it to open the incubator during lockdown if i have to do the other eggs that will be twice that i open it ?
