Thank you so much for your kind words. I really do appreciate it. It’s reassuring to know that little valentine is probably going to be ok. I know that I’m hard on myself I just care so much about that little duckling and would hate to have hurt her. :)

Thanks @Miss Lydia i just feel terrible that I accidentally dropped her. She seems to be just fine so I’m Very relieved. She is adorable and she’s acting like her normal spunky self. :)

She went swimming and had a treat just now. She is acting rowdy and chasing after treats! They absolutely love ultrakibble. :)

Morning update— little valentine seems alright this morning as well. She’s walking around, eating, drinking and pooping. She seems like she might be a little sore but that’s understandable. I’m hoping she’ll be alright. Nothing seems injured or broken. Thanks for your help. No, it was the grass...

Ugh! This hasn’t happened to me in the eight years I’ve raised ducks. I feel absolutely awful! I was putting away my call ducks while holding my 4 week old call ducklings and I dropped one of the ducklings, valentine, it fell about 3 feet onto the grass and landed on its back. I’m very scared...
