    Something killed my favorite rooster not too long ago (maybe a bobcat). So i built a small but secure run for the girls, since whatever got my roo did so about 9 or 10 am, meaning they were not safe in their chicken playpen. **The pics may not be in proper order.**

    I needed to put hardware cloth in the small gaps between the roof and walls. After fighting with it on the north wall, i decided the extra 2.5% ventilation was not worth the effort. So i just cut up pieces of scrap wood and screwed them in place. Still need to build a door and close up...

    Got the roof started. Need to finish this up so i can put some plastic paneling down.

    Finally finished the floor. Done for the day, as it is 89 degrees out with 86% humidity. I'm sweating buckets.

    Got the framing down for the floor and cut out the chicken door. Will try to put up walls and cut out windows tomorrow.
