Ivermectin can be used to treat ectoparasites, and Roundworms so unless you think she has either on of those I would see no reason to treat her. -

Specify the brands of the B vitamins, and the dose you were giving it to her at, and how you were administering it? That may apply to young ducklings, but birds around this age may take weeks before improvement is seen.
