Looks like a boy to me too but I don’t have frizzles so not experienced at all with them. :) that does look like quite a bit of color for a 9 week old, is all. But then, my EE looked like a pullet right up til about 10-11 weeks and then BAM! Super obvious boy. So who knows. :)
