I'd say he's probably a very low hatchery quality australorp. (This just means that you wouldn't be able to breed or show him. It doesn't make him any less lovable!).

Black isn't the right color either. They should be slate gray, almost blue.

His legs look pink. Are they actually pink? If they are, then he's not an australorp either, or at least a very bad quality one.

One does have feathered feet, and is definitely not an australorp. Looks more like a Black copper marans.
