Friends with the new baby. We took her out for a few minutes to socialize before putting her back again. Little one is finally all fluffed up. Sorry for all the pictures but she's so cute!
Turns out I was wrong and the chicks are hatching early?? Sorry for the bad picture, I felt like I was loosing my mind because I heard peeping all day and went to add water tonight and there were babies pipping!

Update: two of the chicken eggs are fertile!!! Barred/sexlink EE crosses here I come! :ya
Ill try to get some pictures of the embryos come nighttime, but I candled this morning when turning the eggs! 2/6 isn't bad for a newbie rooster! The other will just get cooked and go back to the hens haha
A little update: I haven't hatched anything in about a year so I'm setting up my dinky little still air incubator! I have a few chicken eggs I'll add from my girls and their fancy man Mister GG(barred rock/ee cross). I'll be setting these (and a couple more) a few days before the quail eggs when...
late to the party but I have eggs arriving on the 14th-- jbc quail eggs! So, it may be more of an intermediate hatch-along haha. Fingers crossed for good luck!
