Tetanus in my Bantam or something else?

There is no cure, but only supportive care if it is actually tetanus. I would look for a sign of a string or hair wrapped around the tongue. There have been cases of these cutting off circulation and causing tongue swelling.

Tetanus in my Bantam or something else?

Sorry about your bantam chicken. Is it alert and do you know if it has been injured in some way? Do you see any puncture wounds which could be a source of tetanus or lockjaw? I would try to moisten the tongue with a wet washcloth or paper towel.
