Little bean-shaped lumps of sugar syrup in a slightly firm shell. I believe that the shell is made by tumbling the centers, which are made in cornstarch molds, with sugar and maybe a bit of syrup.
Pretty sure that a show that I watched ages ago showed that they had "Booger," and... what was it, "Bottom of a Boot," or something?
