No they're going to have to be calibrated, and the hydrometers salt tested. All thermometers/hydrometers claim to be accurate, but they rarely are. It's very easy to calibrate them though, and then you'll know they're right. You can't change the temp yet because the thermometers may be wrong. I...- MGG

Welcome to BYC! Did you calibrate the thermometers and salt test the hydrometers? Don't trust any of them if they have not been tested yet. The temp by the eggs should be reading 99.5 degrees. How many days have they been being incubated for?- MGG
