    Try looking for "aviary bird mesh." Here's one product: Bird-X Heavy Duty Bird Netting, 25' x 50' - NET-PE-25-50 $$$, though. That roll was $221 plus shipping. For that price, you may be able to do a solid roof of something else.

    Very good point! You can see how much "sag" there is between the metal tube supports in the roof of my run. I keep the snow swept off when we get any. But if those supports weren't there, the roof would surely have fallen in even with just a few inches of snow.

    That's the kind of bird netting you put over berry bushes to keep the birds from eating all the berries. You'll find that at garden centers. Not the same thing, but it's called the same name. :rolleyes: Good question, though.
