With no head spot, I'd guess light colored female. Every cockerel I've seen has had a head spot and been gray colored (but there are some lines that produce blond cockerels).- FuzzyCritters

Can you post a picture when the chick is dry? I can't tell if it has a head spot or not. It doesn't look like it has one (so a pullet), but it might be more clear when the chicks is dry.- FuzzyCritters
