If you still keep her contained put with the flock, you won’t have to do a see but no touch integration when she is ready to return to the flock. This would be less stressful for everyone including yourself, but some people don’t have room in their coop or run for a crate.

If you can’t easily catch her, I would personally wait until bedtime to grab her. She may be stress more if you don’t put her in a crate; she has to watch for roosters mounting her while she is in pain. She would be less stressful in a crate when she knows no one can get to her.

Welcome to BYC!! She could’ve gotten injured when a rooster mounted her. do you have a dog crate that you can put her into while having her in the coop/run with the others? She needs to not move as much while she heals. Do you have pictures of her leg?
