It's still a small comb for a cockerel, in my opinion. I also don't see any streamer feathers. Pictures from the side may show some, though.- HappyDuckie

I would hesitantly say pullet. At 8 months old, I would expect a larger comb from a cockerel. Pictures from the side would help.- HappyDuckie
