Welcome to BYC! I agree with Kiki, put him on a paper towel so the navel stays clean and doesn't get opened up more. You can also mix up some electrolytes if you have any, soak a q-tip in the solution, and drip it along the sides of his beak. It will help perk him up after losing so much...- MGG
