I meant the $55 bucks for the drawings. One thing I see about the design tho: No roof overhangs. ..and you have to make roosts and nest etc?

That's not bad at all. Did the contractor provide separate labor and material costs? One thing you could check, is take the materials list and price it out yourself.

How much is that cost? Are there dimensioned detail drawings too? That's pretty simple for 2k.

@ThatTeowonna What does this coop look like? Might be worth it if it is really well designed. I've seen lots of horribly designed "custom" coops out there.
