He doesn't appear to meet the Legbar Standard. He needs more body and depth, Legbars have large rectangular bodies. I can't see the tassel crest on him. His tail has a feather with too much white (not the end of the world, but a defect.) His tail angle is a bit high and the back length is too...- Amer
