    He/she is up the small end of the egg, opposite end to the air cell. Should I still peel away from the air cell , or do you mean peel the air cell and run the oil under the membrane around the hole . Sorry its been a long day of worrying, for my first duck hatching this one's really testing...

I'm fairly confident the veins have recided, my biggest worry is that if I help him and there some yolk still there as there is still the occasional chewing motion. Although not half as often...

    I have left him/her all day, Still stuck as he/she was, the veins seem to have disappeared from the exit point but still having the odd chewing motion. Should I slowly assist or leave overnight. I'm so worried il lose him/her if I go to bed.
