    I eat both of these raw. They usually don't even make it into the house. Yeah, I eat green beans off the vine too. My feeling about the color green is that it should be spendable or edible. :gig

    What my mom called "pigweed" is what I (and google) call lambsquarters. It's the first crop I get out of my garden. I love that stuff.
