Okay. Is she laying? If she is an Easter Egger, they can lay brown eggs too, not just blue, & green.

It depends on breed genetics too. Some breeds like Sumatras have slower spur growth.

What color was the egg she came out of?

Cockerels start growing in spurs between 5-6 months of age. Full spurs finish out pointed within a year, or two. Rooster are 1yr+.
