It may be worth a try. I worry about the occasional raccoon but, I have to put them in every night and if it rains before I get to them they're just a cold mess. I wonder what it is about the coop that they dont like because they both and only they will use it for a nesting spot.
:lau I can see that because I have found Raya, my older black silkie, at least 5 or 6 ft in a bush before. Thought I lost her to a predator but no she was fine.
