She's scratching her head - a lot? Any lice/mites? Her leg has dust or debris on it, has she been in shavings or sand? I would take a closer look at the bottom of her foot. Looks like Bumblefoot or Pododermatitis, hard to see. I would try non-invasive treatment first to see if that helps...

What did you deworm with - product, dose and duration? Can you post some photos of her leg and foot, bottom of foot too? Any swelling?
