It’s not very hard to mess up. It gives you directions on what size drill bit to use and how to install them. You jsut mark where you want the holes and drill and put them in.
You don’t need to buy a watering system that’s what i’m saying. Buy the watering cups and a 5 gallon bucket. You just need to drill holes into the bucket to fit the watering cups in.
Wouldn’t you have to hang that 12 gallon thing anyway? my boyfriend made a stand for ours out of 2x4s, a square big enough to hold the bucket on top with legs or even a cinderblock? Do you have a picture of your run set up to help you place it?
I haven’t used this system for a brooder yet, we used the regular chick waterer from tractor supply. BUT, i’ve seen people use a cheap kids water bottle, or we have a plastic container we got from dollar tree that we use for holding the oyster shells. Both could work as a watering system
