    I’m pretty sure he’s a purebred barred rock. I’ll attach a pic. But I do think the ee is the father anyway because of the beautiful gold hackles and saddle feathers and the green tinted black tail feathers.

    I do have one red pullet from this cross. And one red cockerel. 🤷🏼‍♀️ It’s a crap shoot with EEs I guess. I know their sire is the ee rooster though because the pullet has green legs and the cockerel has an amazing pea comb.

    I have chicks from a EE roo x RIR hens. All these chicks came from brown eggs. What are the chances that the pullets will lay colored eggs? I also have chicks from the EE ROO X EE hens. All of these chicks came from blue/green eggs. Will these pullets carry on the blue/green egg trait?
