For one person meal its perfect and tender even the breast meat. I just processed 18 birds today two fit in a storage bag so thats about a meal for one sometime two most of these where 10 weeks old first was 17 weeks but he had an injury for weeks so processed him out of 7 olive eggers only 1...
Im not processing them a family member is for their freezer the oldest in this pen is 17 weeks rest are 13/14 weeks. I process mine at 8-10 weeks which i have about 10 to do

Ok heres the wad did lose a splash one not sure why may have been trampled not sure but heres the rest. Kinda disapointed in the project ones few are not mottled at all but had rose combs so thats a bummer

I think only one lav is a pullet one of beatopians is a pullet cant tell on the laced/mottles but theres a black chocolate cockerel cant tell on the chocolate one yet.
