    Do NOT help to pick off any more shell at this point, and especially don't tear the membrane. It looks like blood is still flowing in the membrane. If you tear it, it could bleed to death. Be patient. Once the chick fully absorbs the yolk, and the blood veins dry up, it'll get itself out...
