I have 12; two laying hens and 10 "babes" ranging from 14-19 weeks. They are doing ok with the bars as originally placed (except on wide edge, not narrow), but I know it won't be long now before they'll be out of room. Somehow they almost all manage to cram onto the top bar.

Thank you for the pictures. I have the same coop and I'm looking for a better way to expand the roosting bars. This helps. I'm sorry you had such a terrible experience. We did as well. We called OverEZ and were refunded a whooping $150 for damage. It cost is more than that in repairs.
