Stupid-easy too -- all done without measuring or anything. Layers of fruit and oatmeal and chunks of butter with sugar as necessary.
I make these crisps with any kind of fruit I can get. But this is blueberry season. :D

It's blueberry season so I made Blueberry Crisp.
Blueberries and a few other simple ingredients.
Baked at 350F
Served hot with half-and-half or light cream.
I use the Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day method, but the Rich Egg Bread is my own adaption of their recipes with the specific intent of using 16oz of eggs in a single recipe. ;)
I'll take plenty of photos tomorrow.
