Update: It kind of works. The freezer helps ALOT. There’s no mites on or around the inside edges of the bucket but after I put the feed in their bowls and have it outside in the heat the cold feed kind of “thaws out” in a way. I couldn’t find the mill dates and the worker didn’t really know. The bag I got said something about October but I don’t think that was the right date to look at.

Right now I have DE in the feed because I saw grain mites on the other bags and didn’t want to buy more feed that had them. I am looking for a different feed store. And I Do use Purina Flock Raiser. That’s the feed causing me problems.
