I did deep litter with hemp bedding in the tent and had it covered with puppy pads until they were older. I use deep litter with hemp in my coop as well.
My first ever chicks arrive in April of this year and I saw a post elsewhere about tent brooding and I am so happy I came across this thread! Thank you!
