The black stuff is all dust and sand from his bath. He eats a lot of fresh food so he gets a bit sticky and needs to be wiped sometimes :). I'll look into Terramycin, thank you! I tried using a wet Qtip to no avail- Shanyn

Yeah I think it's probably some dirt, I just can't work out why it won't budge :(. At least it hasn't caused an infection..- Shanyn

Black spot on eye
Hi everyone, Two or so days ago my boy Chickpea developed a black spot on his eye. I noticed his iris was more red than the other eye, which drew my attention to the black spot. He keeps closing his eye and is seems to be irritating him. I've tried to rinse it out but it won't budge and doesn't...- Shanyn
