Looks like he has quite a mix there! Looked like at least 1 silkie roo so possibly a pure silkie 🤔 will be interested to see what hatches! :pop

If it is a silkie egg, It should hatch similar to any chicken egg (21 days avg) no special treatment required. I’m kinda assuming it is a cross?? What breed are the prospective daddies? I loved my silkie cross girls that I hatched, but many thought the pictures looked like a hatching experiment...

Sounds like you’re doing everything right so the only other significant factors would be age/health of stock and seasonal differences Maybe some others here can offer some ideas
