    Like I said some don't even turn before incubating them so whatever you can do should be fine, I wouldn't stress overturning them.

    Yes, ok but if you can I would turn them more if possible, I like 3 to 5 times. Some folks don't turn them at all.

    I would just turn them and everything else should be just fine. How long you planning on holding them?

    That temp is fine almost perfect for holding eggs for incubation seems like a lot getting fridge ready when your shop temps are perfect.
