    Okay never implied that Mills were better I'm just saying they have higher protein percentage feed and before there were big chain stores there were feed mills for farm animals and farm supplies not disputing one is better than the other

    My chickens are part of my family and they get fed very well. I personally have digestive issues so I eat a very healthy diet and my chickens eat what I eat

    Do you have a feed mill animal feed mill around you somewhere typically their feed for chickens is higher protein they usually range somewhere in the 18 to 20% but the crap that you get in the Big Chain stores gives lower protein amounts
