Saran is an eventual cull/sale with full disclosure anyway. At least he's not obviously deformed like Slowpoke was.
I find that I don't have the ability to listen to a stuck chick peeping wildly as it struggles while growing weaker and weaker, but I do have the willpower to cull it after...

But here's another not-an-entry shot of the process:
I was documenting the membrane removal process bit-by-bit -- intending to put him back into the incubator once the dry stuff was gone and, suddenly, one kick and I had a chick in my hand.
Good thing I checked the rules.
Saran, my severely shrink-wrapped chick, hatched into my hand as soon as I peeled away the dried, stuck membrane (had to dampen it and gently loosen it from his down). It was too fast to put him back into the incubator and get the photo. :D
