Are Grass Fertilizers harmful to poultry?
Yeah we don't collect the grass clippings from the mower in a bag. I guess we could just fertilize the areas that REALLY need it badly which is less than a 6th of the yard, or just not do it at all this year. Usually though I heavily water those areas for about a week daily...- amartinlb

Last year for the first time in decades my son fertilized the lawn, NO PESTICIDES, etc, with Scotts Lawn Fertilizer which all I believe it did was add nutrients and minerals back into the soil for the grass.
