Yes we rarely have breakfast for dinner but that day was the exception. When someone cooks for me I am grateful and eat it. I typically eat around 4 eggs a day. That was the odd day for sure.- Nodakj

Sorry but your link proves nothing. I am 60 and in eggcellent health. My cholesteral levels are fine my liver is in good shape and if i died tomorrow it probably isn't going to be from my eating habits. I remember many gym rats who ate raw eggs by the dozens. How many have you ate ?
Ok so to try to keep my egg situation under control i have upped my egg consumption. But i am kind of failing as we have 12 pol pullets laying an average this month of 9.7 eggs per day. The other day i ate 5 eggs for breakfast 4 eggs for lunch and another 5 for supper. Thats a total of 14 eggs...- Nodakj
