Yes, definitely bumblefoot. Soak it in warm epsom salt water for 15-20 minutes. After it's softened up you'll want to try and pull that whole thing out of there, probably with a knife. After you get it out, wash her foot then fill up the whole with a disinfectant cream. Neosporin is good. Wrap...- AidKD
