Little update! Aside from the damn broodies all are happy and well! And don't mind the littles at all! And they love their new run expansion (details in an article)
Okay understand, (thought you mean like my mixes were sutible together)-- my aunt had to re-home two silver lace Wyandottes because they kept bullying their others- Brahma and Australorp, yet my friend has Orpington/Australorps/Wyandottes all together just fine lol.
Yeah, most of ours were...
What do you mean by gentler breeds? We don't have any bullies and very little pecking issues(standard pecking order) we got our girls' breeds because they were gentle/docile and not likely to have issues. Our BAs are the top, the Orpingtons can be a little feisty but the Eggers will even put...
Our Light Brahmas, the pale one is ShyGirl-green eyes- she's always the last one to come, always standoffish, but this morning she did. The Red One-orange eyes- next to her is always underfoot and has to be a part of the show lol
This morning they were all expecting me to give them superworms...
And I just realized our Nuggets (the buff Orpingtons) do not like to get their photo taken lol I've got our older five BAs and and two Brahmas and 2 sapphire olive eggers that like to eat out of our hand.
Some photos of our little flock. I'm really liking the colors of the Olive Eggers- all the grey ones. When we got them there were darker and lighter grey and decided on these. They are super curious and flighty(zoomies--like rabbits lol) yet friendly.
