Just an update to the pantry photo!
It's been a busy three weeks since first posted photo, canner, dehydrator, and vacuum sealer are running constantly. LOL
(RL state fair starts this week)
Thank you. I had a designated shelf, but it was too deep, and things were getting lost and not rotated the way I wanted. Now I can easily see and reach everything.
and the sugar is part of the acidic preservation process. Subbing in a substitute may not, probably won't give you the same results and won't allow the product to set as well.

Can it. Dehydrate it. Vacuum Seal it. Freeze it. Use it. DO IT!
What's left at the end of one season at the start of the new saving season. Storage and a dating system is part of the battle.
