    Out of curiosity, where are you seeing the wing bow patches coming in? Do you mean the slight red-ish feathers?

    This is a tricky one, but I would say pullet because of the female-like feather shape. All chickens have a sheen no matter their gender. A sheen is caused by the sun's reflection, not the bird's gender.
