I did that last year and in one night the rabbits totally destroyed my pumpkin plants. I am going to keep them fenced in from now on. I will keep the vine’s pruned to help with containment.

Well you do have a point there. I know one thing the rabbits can’t get to them this year. I got a brand new fence around the garden. Took the wife and I a week to get it done.
