    The eggs were in an egg turner until the 17th day. I kept the humidity around 70% most of this time with occasional dips when water ran low. Maintained humidity at 70%+ through hatch. I am otherwise happy, the 8 that did hatch are thriving!

    @Kiki my sister and friend did the "autopsy", two were liquid, three formed. They think one stopped earlier, the other two looked viable. First two pics are of the same egg. Any, all observations appreciated. How do we do better?

    An excellent day, 8 of the 13 have hatched including 5 of the 6 "green" eggs. This is my fourth and most successful result! The first hatched now in a temporary brooder box. All eating and drinking. The last 3 including one that was assisted.

    I put the eggs in the incubator on September 9th at 5pm, the first hatched yesterday around 5pm and two more are pipping.

    My sister and BIL arrived last Thursday along with 13 coloured, hopefully fertilized, eggs. While my preference and largest group is White Chanteclers I greatly enjoy inserting a sampling of colours into each dozen that I sell.
