    also you will notice the squinted eyes on some of the fowl, all throw backs. These i just picked, theres 4 separate lines. Many of the different breeds came down from these lines. Other lines were added and other birds were created Asil. I am of Brahman blood. This is who preserved the bloodlines.

    We have maintained them for over 13 centuries. My bloodlines duty. I agree with you on the hydrabad imported by hanson. Breeding correctly by their own standards yes, but true to type from centuries ago like the Maharajas did, only few have that practice.

    Its hard to even find pure pakistani stock nowadays. Its all bred on performance. Indian is a little easier, there is more of a sentimental pride there with breeder and stock. Amroha, there are a few breeders left, as well as Kulangi.

    Yes my family has raised them all the way back to our ancestors, over 1300 years. They are highly inbred, we have the Desi and Lasani and the Andhra Pradesh ( Kulang/ Amroha type), or Indian. Where i am they start laying in late January due to the above zero temperatures. But not in December.
